Over the last couple of years I have gotten into the habit of calling myself spade. I use it as a sort of call sign, artistic pen name, watermark, etc. I'm sorry if you think that it is silly or even stupid, but it is a part of who I am as a artist. Literally.
Keep in mind that this a hobby and I just do it when the urge strikes me. I appreciate critiquing, so feel free. If you think something looks like junk, let me know. I just request that your criticism is clean and. I hope you enjoy.
I really like the heart of flames with hearts. It's a reminder to me that God wants to set our hearts on fire with His love for us. I also like the kind of crazy "love" one that has the three crosses inside the letters and the arrows that point outward. The first thing that popped into my head when I saw that, was that the kind of love Christ showed (and He wants us to share with others) will bring persecution. When (not if) we are persecuted, we are to go to another place with that message of love. Persecution was how God's message got spread around the world. I do believe some of your artwork is inspired by our Creator God, the best Artist of them all.
